 John Barnard Composer and co-author of Season by Season at St Edburg's Church, Bicester Composer of many fine tunes, not least Guiting Power, John Barnard will introduce the RSCM photocopiable collection, Season by Season, which offers attractive choral music for all the festivals, events and seasons of the church's year apart from Advent, Christmas and Epiphany (covered in The Carol Book.) He will explain the rationale behind Season by Season's collection of 100 items, following which we will be able to sing a some items from a sampler booklet and listen to others. (NB: Copies of Season by Season will be available for sale at £60 to RSCM members. ) Venue: St. Edburg’s Church is in the centre of Bicester, a couple of miles from the A34 or the M40 (Junction 9). Parking is available in St. Edburg’s School, Cemetery Road, and limited disabled parking in the churchyard.
