St Giles' is Oxford's only all-male parish church choir. We sing a wide range of music from the traditional Anglican repertoire, so choristers can enjoy some of the very best church music, of the kind sung in college choirs. However, some of our boys do go on to join college choirs; and we have recently said goodbye to our latest leavers, Theo and Felix Ross, who have been awarded places in New College Choir, and to Yiannis Goeldner-Thompson, who is joining Magdalen College Choir
We are very proud of the academic achievements of our choristers, and this year we congratulate two former head choristers, Arthur Tombs, who is going to Cambridge to read Engineering, and Matthew Saxton, who is reading Maths at Oxford. Our current Head Chorister is Ben Reed-Berendt, and the Deputy Head Chorister is Henry Tombs.
